The staff really cares. It is like a family. When my mother recently passed one of the staff cried with us. You don't have to worry.
After touring several places for our uncle, the Heron Club stood out to us. My sister and I brought my brother in law for an interview and visit. The place was clean and inviting; staff friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with the services offered in a setting that is both homey yet supervised.
When we were looking for Moms new home we were blown away by the level of professionalism. Compassion and overall wonderful atmosphere of this community. Steve the sales manager took the time to engage with mom and couldn’t have been more helpful throughout the whole process of getting her situated. Mom loves looking forward to seeing Stella, the French bulldog, when she is sometimes “working” in the office.🥰
Recently, I visited the Suncoast Club at Prestancia in Sarasota to tour the community for my aunt. I met with Steve, who I believe is the Sales Director, and he was incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic. His warmth, professionalism, and genuine passion for the community immediately put me at ease and made all of my fear and hesitation disappear. Although it is certainly not inexpensive, it truly seems to be worth every penny based on the level of care, attention, and overall quality of the community!!!
Steve has been very helpful and makes himself available when needed. He is. Personable knowledgeable Unit and a Problem solver. if he doesn't have the answer, he finds it out and calls us back with The answer .
Amazing tour yesterday! I felt right at home the minute I walked through the door and the Sales guy, Steven, hadn’t even seen me yet!! I was early and 4 different people greeted me in that 7 minutes and introduced themselves. Talk about hospitality! My mama is going to fit right in here and I just couldn’t be more thrilled. We sign tomorrow for Assisted Living and her room has a balcony that overlooks the water. I just can’t say enough how grateful I am right now!
Move in process was simple!!! The difficulty is English is a second language for Mom. The staff went out of their way to learn basic words in moms native language- it brought tears to my eye! I’ve never experienced a more caring staff! Amy the Director is a true professional-
Locating~care~staff all exceptional! We moved my Dad from an other community so he couks.couks.be with higher functioning people! Men's group outings even happy Hr. My dad is now happy and that's all.all.we wanted! Thank You Suncoaat Club if could hug you all I would!
